Navea Maui only offers exchanges or store credit. We do not accept returns, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of purchase to exchange your item for a piece that you prefer of equal or lesser value.

All sale items or custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, refunded and are not eligible for store credit.

Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

We will repair, free of charge, 30 days of purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.

After 30 days, each repair is handled case by case. To start your repair email naveamaui@gmail.com, include your contact information, item name, a description of the repair and photo.
