Refunds:
Navea Maui only offers exchanges or store credit. We do not accept returns, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of purchase to exchange your item for a piece that you prefer of equal or lesser value.
All sale items or custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, refunded and are not eligible for store credit.
Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact us BEFORE shipping back any order.

Please make sure to include a note stating reason for return/exchange. Also include your name/phone number/order in the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
